All sales made through Orthopraxia Press are considered final. Due to the nature of our publications and products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

No Returns: Orthopraxia Publishing does not accept returns of books, magazines, journals, digital publications, or other products purchased through our website.

No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us, please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Photographs of any damaged items, if applicable

Digital Products: All sales of digital products, downloadable publications, electronic subscriptions, and digital content are final and non-refundable.
